Return and Exchange

Products once purchased cannot be returned. We do, however, offer product exchanges.

If you would like to exchange a product with another product offered on Maha Mala, please write to us at customerservice@mahamala.com. In your email, please mention which product you would like to exchange it with. Please note that you can exchange a product with any other product(s) of the same or higher price.

Please courier the product you want to exchange in original packaging along with the tag to the following address:

Differences in price will be adjusted by raising a new invoice to you. Shipping will have to be added to the price difference.

Please note that all exchanges must be done within 2 weeks of the date of purchase.

We are not responsible for any items lost in transit.

Products sold on sale and custom designs cannot be returned or exchanged. So choose wisely!

 

Damaged items/ Breakage

If you have accidently received a damaged product, then please notify us via email at customerservice@mahamala.com within 7 days of receipt of purchase. We also request that you please send us a picture of the damaged product so we may assess the situation.

Please send the damaged product in original packaging with tag to:

If by accident your mala or bracelet breaks within 30 days of receipt of purchase, please inform us immediately via email at customerservice@mahamala.com. We will be able to exchange your product for you at no extra cost (and we will ship it to you for free!)
